Connecting Hearts, Changing Lives.
Our Mission
Connecting Hearts, Changing Lives. We support individuals and families affected by chronic health conditions, especially cystic fibrosis, by connecting them with resources, donated medical equipment and supplies, community support, and others who understand their journey. Our mission is to bridge gaps in access, strengthen connections, and ensure families don't have to navigate chronic health challenges alone.

What We Do

Resource Connection
Medical Equipment & Supplies
Community Support
Facilitating access to donated medical equipment and essential supplies to improve daily living for individuals and families affected by chronic illness.
Connecting people with resources, peer support, and professional networks to navigate chronic health challenges with confidence.
Building meaningful community connections and peer support networks for families to share their journey and find understanding.
Our Community Impact
Building on a commitment to helping others that began in 2009, JKARE Charitable Foundation has continued that mission formally since its establishment in 2021. We connect individuals and families affected by chronic health conditions, especially cystic fibrosis, with resources, support, donated medical equipment and supplies, and meaningful community connections.
Every connection matters. Every resource can make a difference.

Our Story: A Mission Years in the Making.
Our commitment to helping individuals and families affected by chronic health conditions began long before JKARE Charitable Foundation was formally established. Since 2009, our family has been involved in efforts to connect people with resources, equipment, supplies, and support when they needed it most.
What began through the personal experience of caring for a loved one with cystic fibrosis gave us firsthand understanding of the challenges families can face while navigating a chronic health condition. That experience showed us how meaningful access to the right equipment, information, resources, and human connection can be.
On June 8, 2021, that longstanding commitment evolved into JKARE Charitable Foundation, creating a formal platform to expand our community impact. Today, we continue that mission by connecting people, sharing resources, facilitating donated medical equipment and supplies, and building supportive connections for individuals and families navigating chronic health conditions.
For us, this mission is personal. It is a continuation of work that has been part of our family for many years.
What began as a personal commitment to help others continues as our mission: Connecting Hearts, Changing Lives.
A Special Focus on Cystic Fibrosis
Cystic fibrosis holds a special place in our mission.
Our journey began through the personal experience of caring for a loved one with cystic fibrosis and understanding firsthand the challenges individuals and families can face while navigating a lifelong chronic condition.
While JKARE Charitable Foundation supports individuals and families affected by a range of chronic health conditions, cystic fibrosis remains an important area of focus. Through education, resource connection, community support, and charitable initiatives, we seek to strengthen the network of support available to the CF community.
